Domestic Shipping & Charges:
We offer FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA on all orders.
All orders are processed and delivered within India only. We do not ship internationally. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location, but we ensure timely and safe delivery of every order.
Tax and Duties (India):
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian regulations (GST). No additional import duties will be charged for deliveries within India.
In case of any region-specific charges or remote area delivery fees, the customer will be informed prior to dispatch.

Timelines:
As our authentic Kurti Sets and Suits are handcrafted, please allow 10–15 working days for dispatch for domestic orders.
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public curfews), dispatch may be delayed by an additional 7–10 days. We will notify you promptly via email or call if such delays occur.
Receiving Order Guidelines:
To ensure your order arrives in good condition and to protect both parties, we request you to record an unboxing video and take photos with a timestamp within 48 hours of delivery.
If you receive a damaged or opened parcel, please record a video, take photos, and refuse the delivery. Share the images, video, and order number with us via email so we can resolve the issue promptly with the shipment agency.
Process of Shipping:
After placing your order, it enters our processing system. Once your item(s) pass quality checks and are securely packed, they are handed over to our delivery partners.
You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner’s website.
Cancellation Policy:
Prepaid and COD orders are eligible for cancellation only within 24 hours of order placement.
