Orders

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a change in the shipping address within 48 hours of placing the order by contacting us at madhumanisha@meur.in.
Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery timelines and charges may vary depending on the destination country.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days after placing the order.

If you receive a damaged product, you must return it within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund

Delivery may take up to 7 business days from the date the order is placed.
In some cases, all orders are expected to be delivered within 2 weeks of placing the order
